Upon enrolling in a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course content
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You may not use the content for commercial purposes
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer any software

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Course Content

All course content, including videos, text, graphics, and assessments, is owned by DBA Consultants or its content providers. The content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
• Accept our refund policy as outlined separately

6. Certificates

Upon successful completion of a course, you may receive a certificate of completion. These certificates are for personal use and represent completion of the course content. They do not represent official accreditation unless specifically stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

DBA Consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
